Rosen Switkes & Entin P.L. was one of the first law firms in the country to prosecute violations of Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 ("ADA"), and continues to pursue compliance with the ADA on behalf of Access Now, Inc., an advocacy group comprised of hundreds of disabled persons whose organizational purposes is to assure businesses are accessible to, and usable by, all persons, including those persons with disabilities. Rosen Switkes & Entin P.L. is currently prosecuting several class action lawsuits, which include a national restaurant chain and an International cruise line, whereby Rosen Switkes & Entin P.L. is seeking compliance with Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 for millions of disabled Americans.
Our firm represents the City of North Miami, City of Homestead, City of North Bay Village, Hialeah Housing Authority and police officers accused of excessive force, false arrest, and malicious prosecution, in both our state and federal courts. Robert Switkes, the firm's Managing Partner, is currently the City Attorney for the City of North Bay Village, for whom Rosen Switkes & Entin P.L. also provides legal services.
